Application
Designed for automated assembly lines where the product is transferred by conveyor and screws must be locked without removing the workpiece from the line. It is suitable for electronics, modules, fixtures and compact assemblies that need stable positioning and repeatable torque control.
Process Flow
- Product enters the fastening station through the conveyor.
- Vision or fixture positioning confirms the screw coordinates.
- The screw feeder supplies screws automatically to the locking head.
- The machine completes fastening and releases the product downstream.
Configuration Focus
The 820C format is built for integration above a production conveyor. It can be matched with product jigs, safety guarding, automatic screw feeding and traceability requirements according to the customer's line layout.
